How to Play as Vegito in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Both Goku and Vegeta fuse together with a dance to create a powerful fusion form. However, Vegito is not the only fusion; they also have another fusion form known as Gogeta, which is arguably a bit less powerful than Vegito. Unlike Vegito, Gogeta is not playable in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot just yet, so players will have to rely on Vegito for now. Here’s how to play as Vegito in the game.

Similar to the anime, Vegito does not appear in the game until the Buu Saga, so players will have to play through the Saiyan Saga, Frieza Saga, and Androids/Cell Saga to get to the Majin Buu Saga. When players enter the Buu Saga, the game will automatically introduce Vegito, and players will be able to take control of him in some specific battles. Sadly, Vegito is only playable during these specific moments, and players won’t be able to control him outside of these battles. Luckily, the final boss battle allows players to unleash the full power of Vegito, which is quite an experience.

Fortunately, Vegito is not the only fusion character that players can control in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. As it turns out, Gotenks is also available for players to control during the Buu Saga as well. However, players need to play for 20-25 hours before they get to the final Buu saga, so it may take some time before they can play as a fusion character.

Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is out now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
