How to Set Apple Music as Your Default Google Home Music Service
If you don’t want to specify Apple Music every time you request a song, you can also set up Apple Music as your default Google Home music service. When you do that, all of your music requests will go through Apple Music by default. If you want music from another service, like YouTube Music or Spotify, you’ll have to specify that service when requesting music.

How to Use Apple Music With Google Home and Google Nest Without Linking Accounts
If you live in an area where you can’t link Apple Music to Google Home, you won’t be able to use Google Assistant to ask your Nest speaker to play a song from Apple Music. Unfortunately, that functionality is linked to countries where Apple authorizes the linking of Apple Music with Google Home.
To get around this limitation, set up your Google Home speaker with a Bluetooth connection to your phone.
On your phone, turn on Bluetooth. Say, “OK Google, start pairing. ” Pair the speaker to your phone. Open the Apple Music app on your phone. When you play something in the Apple Music app, it will stream wirelessly to your Google Nest or Home speaker.
